The skills that we’ll be learning and refining on this conference are absolutely vital if we’re going to be effective “workers with the Word” in our churches.
But it’s also very special to be doing this as part of groups – your own individual workshop groups, or the broader group of people from numerous churches around the Devon and Cornwall area.
It is just such a huge encouragement to find that we are in this work together. Even if it’s people from a slightly different kind of church background, we’re all committed to Jesus Christ: “him we preach”, as fellow-servants, looking and praying that the Word of God would dwell in us richly, so that we can also faithfully and effectively pass on this Word of life to others.
Come to be encouraged and help to grow in this grace … and to help the rest of us similarly grow, too!
